Hi Everyone,
I have a few new cards today–mostly Mothers Day and birthday cards. It’s been fun to work with spring colors these days. It seems winter just keeps dragging on–thirty some more days until it should be over. So here they are:

Hi Everyone,
Is it too early to be “thinking spring?” Since it’s 15 degrees here, the only way to get through this is to keep spring in mind. This has been a pretty tough winter, so I’m trying to get through it by making cards using spring colors.
Hi Everyone,
Here are a few cards I have made recently. Actually, Christmas cards were due in October 31, so I’m now working on Valentine’s Day cards, or other every day cards.
Hello everyone,
I know it seems anachronistic to be making a pale yellow daisy card when the fall colors are so vibrant, but daisies are a late summer/fall flower, and I just couldn’t resist this color combination. It looks beautiful in real life.
The Daisy stamp is from DeNami Design. I am loving their stamps. The sentiment is from SU! I stamped the flowers with Old Olive ink and then colored them in with Barely Banana. The bow is ribbon from Michael’s, and I put some gold rhinestones on each flower center. Enjoy!
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my blog. I have been making cards for OWH for around a year, and it’s been such a nice opportunity to give a little to those who give so much. I always enjoy reading all the notes from our heroes who express such great appreciation for our cards. If you would like to know more about Operation Write Home, please check them out. Just like last time, I made a really simple card. I try to keep them simple so I can make lots of them and get them sent out.
Enjoy!!
Hi Everyone,
Here is another card that is the same as the Apricot and Green one I posted below, only this one is a different color. I tend to make the same cards, but just keep changing the color scheme. It requires less thinking–which is a good thing.
Hi Everyone,
This card was fun to make, after I figured out how to space the flowers somewhat evenly.
Hi Everyone,
I just can’t do one more purple and green card, so I’ll just call this periwinkle. Which it really is. I have several with this stamp set, “A Little Bit of Happiness,” and it’s a fun set to use. The only thing is you have to color in all the flowers. So you need to have a little time to just chill and color.
Hi Everyone,
Today I have a card done with the Pretty in Pink from SU! One of my favorite colors. I used the “A Little Bit of Happiness” stamp set from SU! This may be retired, since I bought it off the Internet.
Here is one of my favorite cards to make. It’s quick and easy with the SU! stamp A Little Bit of Happiness.
