Hi Everyone,
This is my card for the Operation Write Home Blog Hop. I hope you enjoy my site. The main blog for the hop is http://www.owhstarsandstamps.org. This is my first blog hop ever, so I hope it’s successful and is the beginning of many. I’m so happy that I can contribute to this great organization.
This is such a fun and easy card to make. I cut green DSP paper from SU about 1.75″ by 4.25. I made the bow out of Michael’s ivory grosgrain ribbon, and then threaded a piece of ribbon through the back knot of the bow. I secured the ribbon on both ends of the green DSP paper before I attached it to the ivory card. I stamped the card using the flourish from SU’s Season of Joy stamp set, and used Old Olive ink. I used the Sincere Salutations stamp set for the sentiment. For the flowers, I used the One of a Kind stamp set that has three flowers together. Then I punched them out with the Boho Blossom punch. All the products used are Stampin Up. I also used pop dots on the flowers, which I don’t always do when I am sending the cards to OWH. And don’t forget to decorate the envie!!!
