Sunflower Card
Hi EVeryone,
This is my second post today, since I made two more cards using the PTI fence. It makes nice scene cards. On this card I used the sunflower stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creations. They have lots of stamps that also have dies to match–which is about the only way to go these days. These are the same cards, but I used a deep purple on one and a medium brown on the other one. So here they are…
Floral Scene
Hi Everyone,
This is a card that I made using the fence die from Papertrey Ink. I also used the grass die from My Favorite Things in front of the fence. The flowers are from the Dream stamps from Papertrey Ink. The little flowers are from a paper punch that I’ve had for years–probably from Michael’s.
Enjoy!

Aqua Daisy Card
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all the wonderful comments today from those who took part in the Denami Blog Hop. It was such a nice opportunity to go to lots of new blogs and see what others are making.
This card uses the stamps from Heartfelt Creations. Of course, daisies are my favorite flower–I suppose because they seem to be so cheerful. The flowers are created with both stamps and dies–there is no way I’m cutting out all those petals. It took me a while to figure out a way to stamp the flowers, but I have come up with a way that is quick and efficient. I made about 10 of them today–ready to go to the heroes through OperationWriteHome. I probably have enough cards now to fill a box–I usually need about 130-150 cards. Some night this week I’ll pack them up and send them on their way. I always feel so patriotic when I mail a box full of cards!!

Denami Layers Blog Hop

Hi Everyone,
You should have arrived from Amy Smidebush’s site
This is my entry for the Denami Layers Blog Hop. I decided to layer the ribbons on this card to add something different. I think it gives a different look to the card—maybe more formal than a bow.
I used five Denami products on this card: the Small Spring Flowers stamp set, Emerald Grosgrain Ribbon, Purple Rhinestones, the Three Butterflies stamp, and the Heartfelt Greetings stamp set. The patterned paper is some of my favorite from Stampin Up! I’m still trying to get over the fact that they discontinued Amethyst.
Enjoy.
